1.
How does the Full Flex GOLD function?
Full Flex Gold is an intelligent electronic manager run by microprocessors and a software that control the vehicle stoichiometry (air/fuel mixture), in association with the lambda probe; this allows the ideal adjustment of the fuel used (ethanol/gasoline/mix), and promotes economy as well as better vehicle system performance.
2.
Can the Full Flex GOLD be installed in any vehicle?
Full Flex Gold can be installed in any vehicle with injection system and digital ignition (Multipoint/Monopoint), especially original flex vehicles.
3.
How do we install Full Flex GOLD in the vehicle?

Full Flex Gold installation is simple and is made using connectors, without cutting wires and without interfering in the vehicle originality.

Full Flex Gold is installed on the line of the injection nozzles and a wire connected to the negative of the battery (see the Connection Diagram for better installation).

4.
Will the fuel consumption increase by using Full Flex GOLD?

No. However, it is worth mentioning that alcohol consumption is 30% higher than the gasoline consumption. But, if the maintenance and inspection of the vehicle is correctly made and if immediately after the product installation the vehicle maintenance is maintained, the vehicle will run without increasing the fuel consumption.

5.
Is it possible to use mixture, or ethanol or gasoline only?

Yes. This manager was developed to give the driver the option to choose any type of fuel desired to fill up the tank: 100% gasoline, 100% ethanol or mixture.

6.
A car fueled with ethanol only will lose power?

No, because ethanol is a higher octane fuel, that is, it burns only when the spark plugs spark, therefore, the engine balance operates at its best and gives better performance to the vehicle system.

7.
Does the use of ethanol or mixture wears out the engine parts faster?

Considering that ethanol is dryer and alkaline, it can reduce the lubrication of the engine parts due to the elimination of all impurities left by the gasoline; therefore, a premature wear of the parts may occur. However, this problem can be avoided by adding a small percentage of gasoline to ethanol (that would be the use of mixture) in order to lubricate these parts. In addition, it is recommended to follow a preventive and corrective maintenance routine.

8.
The use of ethanol or mixture can cause corrosion problems in parts and rubber and aluminum components?

No. Today, the cause of many corrosion problems in parts and rubber and aluminum components is the lack of constant preventive maintenance and adulterated fuel, that is, fuels that contain a blend of water, chlorine and solvent. This affects the system very badly and can be the origin of failures and increased consumption that can result in serious car problems. The clean, non adulterated ethanol will not cause any corrosion problem; it will only reduce the parts lubrication, therefore, we must add gasoline to ethanol to avoid these problems.

9.
Is it necessary to replace vehicle parts to use ethanol or mixture?

No. It is recommended to carry out an inspection to check the vehicle parts and its general maintenance condition. Items such as: fuel pump, injection nozzles, oil, filters, MAP sensors, Lambda probe, etc. should be inspected, however, any part or sensor near the end of its useful life should be replaced by a new one, otherwise, it will jeopardize the manager operation and cause excessive fuel consumption.
In case the fuel pump burning occurs (gasoline), we recommend replacing it with an ethanol pump.

10.
Does the Full Flex GOLD change the vehicle originality?

No. Its installation does not require any modification in the vehicle; therefore, its originality is maintained.

11.
Which are the Full Flex GOLD models?
4VA – for 4-cylinder vehicles, developed for most vehicles.
4VA Toyota/Honda – for 4-cylinder vehicles, Toyota and Honda lines.
4VAC – for 4-cylinder vehicles with low resistance injection nozzles (3 Ohms)
4VA Deplhi – for 4-cylinder vehicles, specially for GM VHC line and delphi nozzles.
4VAP – for 4-cylinder vehicles, Fiat line 1.6 16V
  6VA – for 6-cylinder vehicles.
8VA – for 8-cylinder vehicles. (We recommend the installation of 2 4VA models).
Kombi – for Kombi Fiat vehicle line and “H” system (ex. Subaru)
Marea – for Marea line and 5-cylinder vehicles.
Vortec – for vortec vehicles, 4.3 L engine.
12.
What is the Full Flex warranty period?

Full Flex warranty period is 12 months (1 year), in accordance with the clauses, terms, exclusions and restrictions set forth in the warranty certificate. The warranty is limited to replacement of the product with the same number in case of failure or any manufacturing problem.

13.
Will the use of Full Flex GOLD with mixture or ethanol change the vehicle gas emission?

Full Flex Gold is the only bi-fuel manager in the market that is totally in compliance with the vehicle inspection gas emission standards. Tests conducted by Cetec/MG – Brazil certify that any vehicle using this manager will not exceed the gas emission permitted standards.

WCV has always been concerned with environmental issues, therefore, when this manager was developed, all specifications and standards in force were met in order to have a complete product that can generate economy, performance and above all, be environmentally correct.
